Consulting

I have led a range of organizational processes from deepening social analysis to managing organizational change to strategic planning. I am used to complexity and diversity in groups and organizations and working to come up with creative strategies that fit particular needs.  I have supported new managers and Executive Directors.  I am not prioritizing consulting right now, but if you have a specific project that you feel particularly suits me, feel free to reach out with a specific proposal.
